First one is just the Breeze and the accessories it comes with. You use it via a free app on your smart phone or tablet. Comes with 2 extra batteries (3 total).
Second one is brand new, never flown and comes with a hand held controller. You can still use it via a phone or tablet app but you can also fly it manually with the controller and take pictures/videos, adjust the camera etc. So basically along with the built in tasks like journey mode, orbit, follow me, etc, you can also fly it manually to position it where you want it and then take pictures or video. This also comes with 2 extra batteries for a total of 3.
The individual Breeze is $75.
The Breeze with controller is $125.
